Package Descriptions

Turf Blade Inspection

Artificial Turf will sometimes wear down over time due to foot traffic and natural elements. Our experienced staff upon arrival will inspect all of the synthetic turf areas to see if there are any major concerns with the turf blades, and recommend additional steps if there are major concerns.

Life Inspection

If artificial turf is neglected for long periods, debris like twigs, trash, dirt, road salt, pet urine, and other elements can harm the life span of the turf. Our staff upon arrival will access the artificial turf areas, and if there are major concerns, we will recommend additional steps to take to ensure the longevity of your artificial turf area.

Turf Seam Inspection
Our experienced staff upon arrival will inspect all artificial turf areas to check if there are any showing of ripped or separated seams. Seams can sometimes come apart due to foot traffic or expansion or contraction of artificial turf. When the seams in turf are separated, it is a visually unappealing surface and a safety issue. If there are rips or showing seams in your artificial turf, our staff will recommend additional steps to take.
Weed and Debris Removal
Weeds growing through artificial turf is an uncommon occurrence however it still happens. This is because of debris that lands on the artificial turf like dirt and soil from surrounding mulch beds, wind, trees, or birds. Our experienced staff will remove all weeds prior to the start.
Refluff and Decompact
Turf and infill over time can become hard due to natural elements, daily use, child and pet play, and the changing of seasons. Using specialized power brooms and equipment along with our Turf Refresh seasoned staff, we will loosen the turf and compaction of artificial turf back to the quality of life when it was first installed.
Blow All Turf & Perimeter Areas
Upon completion of our cleaning, no matter the package, we will blow all turf and perimeter areas. Blowing these areas will leave a clean and professional look to your whole property while also removing the loose debris that was left on the surface of the turf from our decompact and re fluff step. Debris from our processes will be dumped offsite.
Edge Inspection
Our experienced staff upon completion of our service will inspect all edges to make sure that perimeter nails are properly nailed into place and or inspect any nailer boards or staples that were installed. We will then make sure that the turf is properly aligned with the perimeter. If the turf is not properly aligned with the perimeter, we will then recommend additional steps to take to fix the alignment.
Infill Inspections
Upon arrival, we will inspect infill levels as well as the type of material initially used by the installer. We will then inspect to see if the levels are at a sufficient height, and if there are odors of urine or other pet waste materials that are affecting the infill. We will then decide the best course of action. Infill is where most odors hide as well on the blades of the turf and our solutions at Turf Refresh will help to eliminate the issue.
Antibacterial Application
Humans, pets, and other natural occurrences cause bacteria on artificial turf. Our experienced staff will apply an antibacterial solution after blowing the entire turf area. Once this solution is applied, it will eat and kill bacteria from the artificial turf. The solution that we use is pet and eco-friendly however we do recommend that the turf is allowed 24 hours to dry for the solution to do its job before it is used by pets or humans.
Soft Wash
Using a power washing system, we will use a low setting to loosen hardened areas on artificial turf caused by sunlight or from pet waste remains. Power Washing the turf should not be used in high settings because it may wash away the infill from the artificial turf. Although we powerwash in low settings, garden hoses do not have enough pressure to properly free up dried spots.
Pet Urine Odor & Bacteria Extraction

Pet Urine has many types of bacteria that can live in the infill of turf. The most successful and efficient way to remove this bacteria is by using our top-of-the-line extractor. The extractor uses an antimicrobial solution as well as water to kill bacteria to the fullest extent. Our extraction process not only kills bacteria inside the turf but also gives the artificial turf a new fresh organic scent leaving the urine scent and bacteria behind.
