Turf Refresh also specializes in the cleaning and extraction of bacteria from equipment used in gyms and fitness centers throughout New England. In gyms, a lot of the time you will see stands with sanitation wipes to wipe off equipment and other times you will see employees do it. However, when workouts are in session, the floor of the gym can be contaminated with bacteria because of what is on people’s shoes from outside in the world, the sweat that falls onto the floor and in some cases the blood that falls onto the floor. Turf Refresh wants to clean everything in one shot, making sure that equipment is not only just wiped down, but ensuring that the use of our extractor will extract and remove any bacteria from these surfaces.
Our Process & Equipment
Fitness Facility of Any Size Can Benefit from Turf Refresh’s Cleaning & Maintenance
Turf Refresh will start to use an electric sweeper that will get any of the loose dust and debris off the floor. After using the sweeper, we will then use our Nilfisk industrial mop to clean all debris using a water and chemical mix. Finally, once the full sweep has been completed, we will then wipe down all machines and use our extractor for areas like benches to extract bacteria from sweat and blood from these benches.
